The thing is that I don't have an online account. I never created one. I pay my bill via the auto phone pay line. I asked about putting a block on PPV but leaving all my other channels in my package in place but the service rep in the retention department (I thought that they had raised their rates again and I was looking for a promotional rate) said it couldn't be done. If they waive the fee I'll simply monitor the situation. If they don't I'll call either billing or the tech people.
