Well, in my case the spoiling is going to have to be in the form of presents as we live in different states. They deserve all happiness because the process they had to go through wasn't fun. They've decided that since she makes better money that he'll be a stay-at-home dad. I don't envy them. I remember those early days with my son. Mike was completely turned around when I brought him home from the hospital. He was up all night and slept all day. After a week of that I called his pediatrician's office and they told me how to break him of the habit. They said it seems mean but it isn't. Every time he started to fall asleep I was to lightly flick the bottom of one foot with my fingers to keep him from falling asleep. I stuck with it all day which wasn't easy as I'd been up all night but I kept him awake the entire day and when evening came I tucked him in and let him fall asleep. It did do the trick.
