1 can of whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can of black beans, drained
1 can of regular Rotel
1 large block of cream cheese
4 skinless chicken breasts or 1-one pound turkey tenderloin
Layer chicken in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour in the corn, black beans and Rotel. Top with the cream cheese. Cook on high 4 hours or overnight on low for 6-8 hours. Use a hand mixer to shred everything together.
