The banner does not comment on the issue... wow, it was boring. No new Spider-man either - that was very surprising and actually disappointing.
Story 1, Quicksilver just talking up a storm as if he was the Black King in the 616 - which felt totally redundant of the previous issue with the normal humans trying to be the world's puppeteers. (Cool cover this issue though.)
However, there was Wanda in it and in bed with Pietro. Doin' what she's doin' on the cover while her brother is doin' Devon while dreaming of his puppet master. The closing segment, and hugging, will be the main, if not only, online topic of online reviewers' interest no doubt.
Story 2, Nick Fury is talking up a storm as he highlights the political state of things in the UU - Jasper Sitwell gives him a paycut after his dull recap that felt repetitive of the wrap up of the Ultimates vs the Avengers mini preceding this mini.
The first story had good art, though - and two panel choices for banner offerings... had a... clever caption for the one on the previous page but went with this... less clever one:
