My Solution

I think A Way around SW's Miracle Machine status is important if and when she starts appearing anywhere regularly. I think the massive alterations like House Of M have to be made possible only when Wanda rests up long enough between 'hexes' or taps into an outside power source. Removing the temptation to have Wanda stay at the extreme power levels would probably make it easier to slip her back into the MU.
