It's an interesting idea. But how would this explain Strange's involvement with Professor X to try and treat Wanda after her breakdown and his shielding of some mutants at the end of House Of M? He had to have magical powers to do this. Unless Skrulls have agents that have mystical powers...which I guess is a possibility.
