Well, it looks like Wanda is starting from scratch as of NA#26. I'm actually okay with that because it may be the only way for Marvel to eventually bring her back to the way she was long ago. Although I would have liked to have seen Wanda enter a sanitarium and deal with her mental problems (lots of story potential there), I'm okay with her "starting over from scratch". I just hope it won't be too long before my girl Wanda shows up again (and is Agatha Harkness alive again, as hinted at?).
