what would you have them do? have her remember everything she did and continually agonize over it for the entire time between the end of House of M and New Avengers 26? A human mind can't comprehend that kind of destruction, especially one already frail of mind like Wanda. Personally I see this as the only real route available to the writers to let the character remain blissfully ignorant. To try and get revenge on this Wanda would be foolhardy and plain shitty at this point for any character as she has created for herself a completely innocent and oblivious personality. I like this Wanda and there is sufficient evidence, too that she does still have her powers. Note how her eye color is two different shades in the one panel. Note how Clint passed out and the mysterious "Aunt Agatha". I would argue her powers are constantly active without control around her. Her reality as she precieves it is dictated by that subconcious power usage.
