You could get a couple of 150 watt incandescent grow lights and put them on timers to help with the sun issue. As for humidity, you could buy a humidifier. Or, take a cheaper way out and lay down a couple large trays of pebbles kept wet with water. Apparently, you really want this palm indoors. If your enthusiasm is that great, then no price should be too steep.
