Lots of rain and mushrooms

The 2018 rainy season is in gear for Central FL. All but 6 of the last 30 days have seen rain per my weather station. I'm now over 30" for the year with about 24" since May 1. Yesterday, a pretty big storm came thru and dropped almost 3". I was hesitant taking this video with lightning everywhere but it sure brought near white out conditions.
One thing that's transpired in the last 3 weeks is mushrooms growing on my coconut. My initial response was fear thinking something is rotting. It is confined to decaying boots and husks and nothing has shown on the woody part of the trunk yet. I sprayed some copper fungicide and many of them died. Anyone familiar with fungus know what types of mushrooms these are? In addition to all the rain, this tree is in the path of sprinklers twice per week. It gets TONS of water (and heat/humidity in the day).
1 day after spraying with copper fungicide. All fell off today.
