Re: Question about watering when transplanting large S. minor
I've never moved my Sabal minors but have heard many times they don't like to be disturbed therefore difficult to relocate and survive.
I've also heard of some successes by digging up a huge root ball when relocating. Sorry for being this negative. Best of luck with your endeavor.
