Temps topped out right around 95, dew point was in the mid 70's and the wind was calm. Around 5:30 an epic thunderstorm formed and dropped 3" of rain PDQ. At the height of the storm, lightning & thunder were nearly constant and the wind driven rain caused near white out conditions. We had no damage, and the rain was appreciated by all the yard plants. It was a bad day to be a spider mite, but a good day for pythium and phytophthora.
