Re: Trachycarpus Roots Exposed?
When I had tall trachycarpus palms growing I also noticed those roots would surface. I know they weren't planted that way so like others have stated, I would add a dressing of good soil.
It was my opinion they were just water hogs and wanting more moisture at any expense to their looks! It never hurt them.
