Wow. It looks great considering. When I finally get one I won't be so worried about killing it after knowing the history of yours. Maybe even if I leave it out in a light frost. Mine will be potted.
What's the most hours direct sun it has had?
Rabbits are a problem for me. They nip off about 5% of my Caladium leaves but don't eat them. I'm limited to the newer genus of Impatiens and Begonias for full color covered beds and some petunias in the middle of those once they get larger. They eat Pansies, early planted Petunias, most Marigolds, Sunflowers, etc.
