I think it's amazing that Washingtonia's can come back like that after a bad freeze. What's more amazing is how adaptable, and hardy Sabals are in hot summer regions.
I love to see pictures of recovering palms. It kind of makes me want to try more varieties with the hope if they get damaged, they might recover. Here though, that's pretty rare with anything other than Trachycarpus.
