Thanks Brian. The yard is a bit shabby at the moment...3 acres is a lot to maintain. We need a palm grooming event & mulch replenish as well as a mow & string trim. Aside from the subfreezing lows most winters, & hurricanes, I like our climate here. the soil is horrible and that really limits what grows well. What i didn’t realize is just how dry it gets between Oct and June. All but the most drought hardy of plants need irrigation to do well. I’ve had 20’ Washingtonia robusta wilt when it barely rained for 8 consecutive months.
