Nice Camellia, in a forest of Camellia's
Nolina nelsonii. That trunk is about 10" across
Umbellularia californica in a local park. It's not native, but seems to grow faster here than in much of it's native range.
Big Azara's. Someone tell me they've seen bigger. The vanilla/chocolate scent from this trees flowers can't quite be described. Kind of like 'powdered' van/choc.
Trachycarpus fortunei. Ubiquitous in the PNW, it's still a really cool plant we can grow. They volunteer everywhere they are grown.
