Yeah, it's far too cold here for any of the colorful tropical palms, so this is a nice alternative. The leaflets are so narrow and blandly green most of the time it kind of gets lost amongst all the other stuff in this overgrown spot. I wonder if your Ceratozamia was struggling for some other reason, soil, drainage, etc. Or maybe it just needed more light for photosynthesis.
