Citrumelo blooming again in DC

I planted these Dunstan Citrumelo (Poncirus trifoliata x Citrus paradisi) seedlings many years ago near my office. This one (of two) is blooming the second year in a row. I hope some fruits develop this time. There are maybe a dozen blooms or so and only on one branch. Odd.
