They're very hard to tell about (plus there's Tupidanthus calyptratus). My guess is either Schefflera pueckleri or Tupidanthus calyptratus. S. pueckleri is sometimes known as Tupidanthus pueckleri and appears to be very similar to T. calyptratus. You may have to wait for it to flower, and I think I've mentioned that before with the S. actinophylla vs. T. calpytratus comparison. Regardless, that looks like a pretty big specimen!
