Some porch plants for now.
Y.Rostrata is 10 years old this year from a very small
(8" leaves) plant....about 6' now.
My weather station near the top of the picture(about 30' up)
while it lasts!
The leaves fried out...I did not have a thermometer in there
but when I tested the Princeps(next picture) it was 4F in there
as it was inadequately heated,I am amazed that it did not
pull and neither did the Princeps, both are moving too.
Princeps...I bet they both look amazing by fall as the leaf size
may drop at first and produce 2 compact and gorgeous palms
with both sporting some nice coloration on the undersides.
Kerriodoxa elegant getting broke in to sun/outdoor life in this
late 2018 season....great palm and easy to care for!
The Trichocereus Terscheckeii in the center of the cactus patch has to be one of,if not the hardiest
column cactus out there,it was uncovered 2/25 and has seen
many below freezing days and temps as low as 15F,one tough
Thanks for looking!
