Just a bunch of tall grass, ha ha. They must really like sugar cane, though I think with sugar cane in climates that are cool, it's probably not as economically viable (such as if they were to harvest the sugar, or at another level, if they want to produce ethanol from their sugar crop) as it would be in a hotter climate. But, still, it appears to grow just fine there. Looks like they're kind of using it like some people use bamboo (of course, the tallest grass that exists).
