Vero Beach can grow coconuts- but inland they cant? How far inland is the cutoff?
There is somebody else in Vero Beach who posts on the palm board or garden web? and I think he's said coconuts don't grow that far north. Your photos show they do.
This winter touched some of those plants..no big deal.
I notice that Croton to the right has a nice trunk of it. Scream tropical.
