We got hit by some pretty unreal cold in January in North Florida. My yard got down to 22F and the official reading was 21. Even my oleanders were burned! The stems on my Alocasias are still solid, but the leaves burned off. Now that we are back in the 80s they are growing again.
I never realized how stem hardy alocasias are. I hope yours go untouched by your freeze! They seem to handle upper 20s in shade.
