The official low in Tampa I believe was 32F. While technically in Tampa, my northern suburb is zone 9b, 10 miles or so north of 10a. The entire peninsula should be 10a. I guess I assumed being so close to 10a, this should be a warm 9b, but I guess it doesn't always work like that.
Zone 6a, 20 miles SE of Pittsburgh
