Jane, I really like the central coastal beaches of Florida. The beautiful photos of the Abandoned Picnic Area and beach in Sebastian
reminds me of the one I always loved to go to when I was a teen. Back then it was called Spessard Holland State Park
no life guards, no facilities to speak of and so deserted. It looks like the State of Florida has divided it into a North Beach and a South Beach. I havent been there since I was a kid but looks like its been developed instead of abandoned like the one in Sebastian, which I would still like to have a look see.
