I believe most of Tampa is 9b, same as Orlando. The peninsula southeast of downtown (St. Pete, etc) is considered z10a. I'd be surprised if they had more damage.
I had more damage to my Ti plants than I thought. Probably about 60% got zapped. I cut most of it down to let it regrow from the lower branches. Overall, they fared better than I thought for a corny.
