Re: Flagstaff to PHX
Flagstaff and the mountains of northern AZ really allow PHX to exist. Northern AZ uses less natural resources, specifically water than central and southwestern AZ.
The most snow they get, the better it is for us. If the whole state of AZ was like PHX we'd have a ton more water issues than we have.
