Yes, I think that everything will be fine, but some of the citrus may miss a crop this next summer. It depends on how much twig death occurs.
The 'problem' with living in a milder area is that you continue to push the envelope and grow stuff that is still marginal.
I think that it would be great for everybody to keep reporting on their plants as the season progresses.
The old saw is: "Don't call it dead until April and don't call it alive until July."
