Brian , I went to school up there for high school which is in the same town as this college in Plymouth , NH . That college has a big weather department . They put out that windchill map seen on the Drudge Report a lot .
That mountain is known for it's high winds and had the world record highest wind ( 231 MPH ) until a few years ago when some place in Australia beat it out .
Here's a chart for that wind and the temperatures they get up there .
Off of the website . Check out the wind they get up there and the record winds . The winds average 35 MPH year round : https://www.mountwashington.org/experience-the-weather/mount-washington-weather-archives/normals-means-and-extremes.aspx
Here' the college an hour south of Mt. Washington :
Ten year lows: 12F,15F,8F,12F,15F,19F,20F,5F,4F(15F 2016)
10 Year Average Lowest Low 12.5F ; 30 Year 12.2F
