Hopefully they will all pull through. Some palms are surprisingly cold resistant. I sure learned my lesson about when to wrap my palms. I didn't wrap them in November because it was still rather warm. Then December came and the temperature dropped almost instantly. So I began the process of wrapping my 30 or so in-ground palms. It was tough because the ground was frozen and the cold gets painful for me every half hour or so, and I have to go indoors to warm up. I only finished wrapping most of them a few days ago. Still have to finish wrapping my fig tree, yucca rostrata and coontie palm. Next year I plan to start wrapping in November! I don't think the one blast at 8 degrees will kill your Butias and Med Fan Palms. Good luck!
