As long as the trunk and growing bud is alive after the cold snap it should be OK . To insure that I would put c7 incandescent lights all the way up the trunk and cover them with blankets . That should work well for your palm . You may lose some fronds but it can grow out from that if the trunk and bud is healthy . It would be good to fertilize and water well throughout the hot weather so that it recovers fast .
This Washy filibusta is my most cold sensitive palm . I'll lose all the fronds but they'll grow out fast , and I should have a few pretty fronds by late April and into May that should make it look respectable . It will ultimately put out about 25 fronds a season . Amazing growth . :
