Looking for protection advice on sensitive plants

I'm looking for recommendations for protecting from cold later this week. Forecast is 3 nights in the low to mid-30s with a potential dip under 32F one night.
Coconut Palm: Is it more important to protect the trunk or the fronds? Should I run the sprinklers? Anybody have experience with the propane toppers that provide heat? I have C7 Christmas lights around the trunk for the holidays but do these do much with wind? Palm is about 16' tall so protecting fronds is not ideal. (pic below)
Pineapple: I believe these can handle down to 28F so should be ok here. It is not fruiting so I'm just concerned about the plant.
Red Copper: These are somewhat protected under the roof line and behind other plants so not too concerned. But they are z10 plants.
Appreciate any recommendations.
