Yes and no. It flowers every year and many develop into fruit, but most drop. Some years, a few handfuls make it to a size that could be useable. This year there were some big ones (though definitely on the small side compared to store-bought) but all of them either dropped or were eaten by animals or otherwise disappeared.
Apparently olives are bitter and inedible unless cured. I haven't had good luck curing the ones I've harvested. They usually spoil first. It's only about 2 cups, maybe less, so no huge loss. I suppose I could press them for oil, though that couldn't possibly yield much.
