Scott , read my new thread above . I've been watching the NOAA site all day and I saw you and other places south and west of me in a freeze warning , but until recently ( (900PM ) NOAA must have thought I would have too much wind from the tropical storm to warrant a frost or freeze warning and that I would stay above freezing with the wind . With a little warning I would've had all my houseplants inside earlier in the day and had plenty of time to casually get it done . Now I'm in the big rush to protect things and take them inside . Some things I'll huddle on the ground together and put a blanket over them . They still are calling for a low of only 33F , and with the wind maybe my outdoor Bananas and other tenders might come out with little damage .
As I said in my thread above , I really appreciate NOAA's early heads up on the possible freeze tonight lol . You've had all day in a freeze warning and plenty of time to deal l with it and I've had to this point at 9:55PM under one hour to deal with it . I had a feeling this was going to happen
