Huge swath in the middle of the country affected by this airmass.
Oddly, nothing out to Friday lower than 42F in our forecast.
I believe our lowest recorded temperature this fall (NWS station) is 39F. Some people have reported frost on cars out in the burbs, but I have not seen this yet where I live.
Typically, our first frost is between Oct. 15 and Nov. 1.
