there,I think there are 2 of those around.
Yeah,the Princeps looked good in the evening light when I got
home -too,those white undersides really catch your eye...I really like
Manipur and as it grows the tightly knit fibers and ligules will give
it a very distinct look,not to mention the silvery white undersides
of the leaves.I planted it across the cactus bed from the Princeps
to compare as they(hopefully grow)2 beautiful palms......

Good to hear your Manipur is hardy....Yeah,I like the T.Misan,
I wonder if the leaves will stay droopy...I think not-
this palm is supposed to be more like Wagnerianus but perhaps
in habitat it is more robust,sure is a green sucker.
I am a big Waggie fan,such an odd departure from the other Trachys...
the leaves are so plasticy!
