Nice plantings. I'm surprised they tied them like that. The root balls are so heavy. I don't think I've even seen a windmill tied or staked like that. I honestly believe that a big part of the struggle windmills have in the Mid and Western South is our intensely hot summers. They need tons of water in the summer in my opinion. In the South, they seem to do the best where summer temperatures are a little more moderate.
