It must not be a Sabal etonia. They are only native to Florida and only the peninsula at that. They are,however quite cold hardy. They are only found on the sandy ridges. I really like them as they are uncommon in cultivation and give a permanent "young cabbage palm" look. The more commonly planted Serenoa repens can get too big in a small yard.
