That sure is one beautiful Chamaerops humilis. Why do you keep bringing it in each winter? I have several here in zone 7a that survive our long and cold winters with a good wrapping. Chamaerops humilis grows moderately fast but Chamaerops cerifera is very slow growing for me. Also, if you want a palm that grows fast, try a washingtonia robusta. However, that palm would have to be potted up and brought indoors each winter, or just grown in a pot.
