Thought are with everyone in Eastern Texas. Harvey is just the worst case scenario - powerful storm and slow moving. It's possible that the storm will die in eastern Texas, which would take a week or more. Can't even imagine the rain in some areas. At least the eye made landfall in a less populated part of the coastline. I guess that's the only silver lining.
Hopefully Harvey moves out faster than expected! It could move south which would definitely minimalize the spread of major flooding so we'll see what happens!
