Based on my experience in NJ zone 6B/7A I would say long term expectancy would be with Sabal Minor especially if you plant 2-3 palms together as one planting.
While Needles were hardy enough they are very slow and the meaning slow should be spelled this way: "S-L-O-W !!", they do not like windy conditions in winter. Regrowth of damaged fronds after low temps is painfully slow too.
Trachy should do well in zone 7b with some protection like Alex mentioned but thay are truly 8A Palms without much protection.
