Those are jewels. You got the right- unbelievable- climate for Pachypodiums outdoors. They like the humidity and rains.
You know what do great for you? Dwarf Singapore Plumeria. I have the plain larger..but its only in one color and it also isn't as potted friendly as the dwarf's..Some dwarfs can become large potted plants..just denser foliage.
For me,they aren't a slam dunk to flower. You? They would be.
