That looks like all that I will get out of my little tree for the summer. I wish I had room. They really are worth planting more of. In California numbers would make up for the fact they can take a decade or more here to produce larger numbers. And that's in the best soucal climates. I might need 20 years to say "Oh too much!".
I had a food dryer years ago. Mango chips sounds delicious. Do you add anything to them later? Vinegar or salts?
