My old photo's of this street are gone with my old hard drive. So,an update on all I posted 2-3 years ago. This is all one street-Alvarado-Niles. Brachychitons are planted..either past bloom or too soon.
If it looks like a bright warm day? It is..82f at least. We were shopping at a local Asian Supermarket.
Yucca guatemalensis hybrid X with Y. aloifolia I believe.
Parajubaea torallyi getting sizeable.
All kinds of palms.
Young silvery Butia.
The reason for the season- summer grows palms.
