I would only buy from them with caution and would recommend that you e-mail them first and point out the error in the photograph. Depending on how they respond, I might or might not buy from them. I say this because I have gotten the wrong plant from some mail-order nurseries (mostly through eBay) and they have argued with me and refused to make good on things.
In the same vein, I have also seen some of my own photos snatched from the Dave's Garden web site and used in eBay advertisements. In both cases, they used Photoshop or something to blur the "copyright" signature on my photos (that Dave's Garden puts on automatically, when you post photos there). In one case, they used my photo to advertise the correct Azalea ('Tradition') but in the other case, they mixed up my photos and were using my 'Dynamite" Crape Myrtle photo to sell 'Victor' Crape Myrtles - while somewhat similar, they grow to different sizes - so, if buying from them, you definitely might get the wrong plant. There's no chance I am mistaken about these "photo thefts" because the Crape Myrtle photo featured my own driveway!
