Since Cecropia peltata is more of a lower elevation tree, I would probably guess not. Other than C. telealba, I'm not sure what high-elevation Cecropia species there are in Colombia. Cecropia has a habitat (per Wikipedia) that goes as high as about 8500 feet, approximately the elevation of Bogotá.
