A weird situation you have for coconuts in Orlando. They probably LOVE all the heat there but, every few years, a major freeze will come and wipe them out. But I'm not sure HOW you could protect them, after they get to a certain size? Would those heaters they use for citrus work?
I have no good guess on the little palm. To my untrained eyes, it could even be a small Royal Palm... but there are many possibilities for a (still) little palm like that...???
