Stan, its more that the ones in Bogota don't seem to produce the Bigfoot and grow very tall thin trunks with one or few heads.
I found their growth interesting compared to more warmer sunnier climates where they seem to produces multiple heads very soon.
Interesting note: I have never seen a syagrus in Bogota, don't know if that is climate related.
