Bogota with its cool rainy climate mainly has archontophoenix cunn (not looking too great), Ceroxylon and phoenix as street/garden palms.
Yucca elephantipes is everywhere but perhaps as a result of lack of heat produces these huge tall stems with single/few heads. https://goo.gl/maps/uAHRmEFSgsq
